All the personal data I collect comes directly from you, in a number of ways. These include:

• when you purchase event tickets or items from the Bhakti Bazaar shop,
• complete forms I provide to you for retreats and events,
• make a report or notification about our services,
• contact me by phone, email, or communicate with me directly in some other way (such as social media).

Your Personal Details

Your privacy is important to me and as such I will not release your personal details to any other organisation or third party.

What Personal Data Do I Collect and How do I Use it?

• Name (first and surname) – to identify who you are
• Email – purely to communicate with you directly/personally, about a specific event or when opted-in on my newsletter. For my newsletter emails are stored on MailChimp and emails are created and sent using that programme. You have the option to update your email preferences or unsubscribe at any time and there is an easy link for this in all newsletters sent.
• Postal Address – for sending items bought from the Bhakti Bazaar
• Telephone Number – for direct contact about specific events
• Yoga Experience and Special Requirements (such as health conditions and dietary needs) – when attending events and retreats where this information is needed to provide you the best support and care for your experience at the event/retreat.

Purpose of processing: I use your information to communicate with you. This is also for internal administration and operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.

Categories of data processed: I use all of your personal information relevant for carrying out the actions you request as well as for internal business administration and operations.

Legal basis of processing: My legal basis for collecting this information from you is that it is in my legitimate interest to use your personal information to ensure I am providing you with a service that is the best and most relevant for you as well as to respond to any requests you make or feedback provided about the service that I deliver.

Data storage period: I review data annually to ensure that it is still relevant and necessary. Data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is being processed.

Links to other websites

My websites contains some links to other websites of interest. Once you have used these links to leave my sites, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Our privacy policy applies to our own site, but for obvious reasons it can't extend to other people's websites. So, we'd recommend you look at the privacy statements on those websites too.

This Policy will be amended from time-to-time if I make any important changes in the way I collect, store and use personal data. • there will be no refunds unless the event is cancelled;
• we are not responsible for injuries to any persons or damages/loss of property whilst at the class/workshop/gathering and do not accept liability for these unfortunate occurrences;
• you are encouraged to help maintain a harmonious atmosphere whilst at the class/workshop/gathering, be respectful of everyone else’s needs and compassionate to yourself and others; we hope you have a beautiful day with us.

Purchasing Online Event Tickets

Sivani Mata sells you your ticket/s and welcome you into the online class/workshop/gathering on the condition that you acknowledge the following:

• there will be no refunds unless the event is cancelled;
• we can not be held responsible for injuries to any persons or damages/loss of property whilst at the class/workshop/gathering and do not accept liability for these unfortunate occurrences;
• we can not be held responsible for the quality or stability of your or our own internet connection, or the quality of your experience as a result of instability / poor internet connection.

Sivani Mata sells you items from our shop on the condition that you acknowledge the following:

• there will be no refunds unless there is a manufacture defect
• we have taken care to describe and show items and services as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations may occur. If there is anything which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact Sivani Mata using the form below. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. What you receive may vary slightly from those images.
• we make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). We reserve the right to alter all product and service pricing without notice.
• goods dispatched to countries outside of the UK may be liable to Import Duty, Tax or VAT. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such Duties which may be imposed by your country’s government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.
• we will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, please email using the contact form below if you do not receive your order within a few weeks. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service including strikes.
