A nurturing yoga practice especially for women that aims to honour to the female experience and respond to our unique needs. Each class will be tailored to the needs of the group and therefore each class will be different – however we always begin with Total Yoga Nidra to allow ourselves to experience complete relaxation. We will then move onto a range of practices such as gentle yoga asana, mudra, pranayama, restorative yoga or qi gong. Expect to leave feeling nourished and revitalised.
