Come and share in this gathering of women, to connect and embrace our Shakti ~ innate feminine power.
A nurturing yoga practice especially for women that aims to honour to the female experience and respond to our unique needs. Each session will be tailored to the needs of the group and therefore different every time – however we always begin with Total Yoga Nidra to allow ourselves to experience complete relaxation. We will then move onto a range of practices such as gentle yoga asana, mudra, pranayama, restorative yoga or qi gong; and end in Kirtan, the song of the heart. Expect to leave feeling nourished and revitalised.
Maha Shakti ki JAI! – All Power to the Great Deep Feminine Energy!
"Sivani creates a warm & safe environment to embrace your inner strength as a woman. The class begins with a beautiful Yoga Nidra, followed by a serious of gentle movements. She made me feel really relaxed and comfortable – I loved it"
